Use of Service definition

Use of Service means a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, time-limited right to use the Picus Platform Products or Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Use of Service means and include but not limited to, all the Customers dialling the dedicated number of the Company or visiting the official website of the Company or downloading the Mobile Application or availing of the Services from the street side or dedicated pick-up locations of the Company.

Examples of Use of Service in a sentence

  • Use of Service or the Service Content for any commercial, public or political purpose is strictly prohibited.

  • Use of Service at a temporary location may not exceed six (6) months in duration.

  • The Company shall have the right to deny or shut off service in accordance with Rules and Regulations of the Company as authorized by the Michigan Public Service Commission outlined in Rule C1.3, Use of Service and in Rule C5.1, Access to Customer’s Premises.While the customer is enrolled in the SPP and payments are made by the due date of the amount due shown on the bill, no late payment charges will be assessed.

  • Each DS1 facility utilizes the channels configured as: (a) In-only trunking; or (b) Two-way trunking.1.5 Use of Service.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

  • Terms of Service means those Support Services and Professional Services terms posted at xxxx://xxx.XXXXXXX.xxx/terms-of-service/, which are incorporated herein. Client acknowledges and agrees it has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service.

  • Date of Service means the date on which the client receives medical services or items, unless otherwise specified in the appropriate provider rules. For items that are mailed or shipped by the provider, the date of service is the date on which the order was received, the date on which the item was fabricated, or the date on which the item was mailed or shipped.

  • Denial of Service Attack means an attack intended by the perpetrator to overwhelm the capacity of a "computer system" by sending an excessive volume of electronic data to such "computer system" in order to prevent authorized access to such "computer system".

  • contract of service means any agreement, whether oral or in writing and whether express or implied, whereby one person agrees to employ another as an employee and that other agrees to serve his employer as an employee and includes an apprenticeship contract;

  • Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date. The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Sale of services means furnishing or agreeing to furnish services and includes making arrangements to have services furnished by another.

  • continuous supply of services means a supply of services which is provided, or agreed to be provided, continuously or on recurrent basis, under a contract, for a period exceeding three months with periodic payment obligations and includes supply of such services as the Government may, subject to such conditions, as it may, by notification, specify;

  • Class of Service means the various categories of service generally available to customers, such as business or residence.

  • Unit of service means a half day which shall be up to 5 hours of service per 24-hour period.

  • Supply of services means any transaction which does not constitute a supply of goods.

  • Point of Service means the point at which FortisAlberta’s service conductors are connected to the conductors or apparatus of a Customer;

  • Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant means the employment or relationship as a Director or Consultant is not interrupted or terminated. The Board, in its sole discretion, may determine whether Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant shall be considered interrupted in the case of: (i) any leave of absence approved by the Board, including sick leave, military leave, or any other personal leave; or (ii) transfers between locations of the Company or between the Company, Affiliates or their successors.

  • Vesting Service of an employee means the period or periods of service credited to him under the provisions of Article II for purposes of determining his vested interest in his Employer Contributions Sub-Account, if Employer Contributions are provided for under either Article VI or Article XXII.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE means the actual date of placement of the first Vehicle(s) under this Agreement.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Continuous Status as an Employee means the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an Employee. Continuous Status as an Employee shall not be considered interrupted in the case of a leave of absence agreed to in writing by the Company, provided that such leave is for a period of not more than 90 days or reemployment upon the expiration of such leave is guaranteed by contract or statute.

  • Termination of Service means:

  • Termination of Services means Participant’s Termination of Consultancy, Termination of Directorship or Termination of Employment, as applicable.

  • Month of Service means a calendar month in which an employee is in receipt of full salary or wages in respect of the prescribed number of working hours in each working day in the month and includes a calendar month in which an employee is absent on special leave without pay not in excess of twenty (20) working days.

  • Length of Service means total length of time within the Agency. For the purpose of this definition any service prior to a break-in-service with the Agency of more than ninety (90) days shall not be computed in determining length of service. (This will not preclude a reinstatement of a former Agency employee who has been separated from state service for ninety (90) days or less.)

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Conditions of Service means the document developed by a distributor in accordance with subsection 2.4 of the Code that describes the operating practices and connection rules for the distributor; (DSC)

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.
