Service Event definition

Service Event means (i) the execution of a single Conga Composer URL triggered via link or button, Conga Workflow, Conga Conductor, or any programmatic means, (ii) the generation of any Letter, Label or Envelope output file from Conga Mail Merge containing one or more Letters, Labels or Envelopes, or (iii) the scheduled execution of an individual Conga Courier Schedule or Conga Conductor, regardless of whether any output file is distributed.
Service Event means a failure by Bank to meet a Base Level (as identified in Schedule 2.1) for a single Service Standard during one calendar month; provided that such failure was not caused by any unprivileged action or action in violation of this Agreement by Company or inaction of Company (where Company has a duty to act) or by a force majeure event specified in Section 10.11.
Service Event means an incident or state of affairs which does not meet or comply with the Performance Standards and/or does not satisfy the Availability Standards;

Examples of Service Event in a sentence

  • Access to the Service Event Management tool can be requested at the first use.

  • A Trouble Ticket can be opened either through the Customer Service Center or through the web-based tool Service Event Management.

  • Where paragraph 3.1 applies and without prejudice to the Deductions to be made in respect of the relevant Performance Failure or Availability Failure, where Project Co has failed to log both a Service Event and the corresponding Performance Failure and/or Availability Failure, the deemed Performance Failure, shall apply in respect of the failure to log the corresponding Performance Failure and/or Availability Failure and not the failure to report the Service Event.


More Definitions of Service Event

Service Event means a failure by Bank to meet any single Critical or Non-Critical Service Standard Service Level, as applicable and as further defined and identified in Schedule 1.2, for a single Service Standard during one calendar month; provided that such failure was not caused by any action in violation of this Agreement by VS or by a Force Majeure Event specified in Section 10.11.
