CUSTOMS CONTACT POINTS AND AD HOC CUSTOMS COMMITTEE. 1. Each Party shall discharge all its obligations that are undertaken in accordance with this Chapter. 2. Each Party shall designate the contact point set out in Annex 5D for all matters relating to this Chapter and Chapter 4 (Rules of Origin). 3. Upon the receipt of any matter raised by the customs administration of a Party, the customs administration of the other Party shall assign its own experts to look into the matter and to respond with its findings and proposed solution for resolving the matter within a reasonable time. 4. The Parties shall endeavour to resolve any matter raised under this Article through consultations between contact points. If the matter cannot be so resolved, the matter shall be referred to a customs committee established on an ad hoc basis pursuant to Article 22.1.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order.

  • Contact Points 1. Each Party shall designate a contact point to facilitate communications between the Parties on any matter covered by this Agreement. 2. Upon request of the other Party, the contact point shall identify the office or official responsible for the matter and assist, as necessary, in facilitating communication with the requesting Party. Contact points shall work jointly to develop agendas and make other preparations for the Free Trade Commission meetings and follow-up on the Free Trade Commission's decisions as appropriate; provide administrative support to the Panels established under Chapter 15 (Dispute Settlement) and address any other matter entrusted by the Free Trade Commission.
