Proposed Solution definition

Proposed Solution means the technical solution to be provided by the Implementation agency in response to the requirements and the objectives of the Project.
Proposed Solution means the Proposed System with modifications that meet the Agency’s requirements as set forth in this RFP.
Proposed Solution means the data de-duplication system submitted by a Vendor as described in its Response, consisting of the Products and Services.

Proposed Solution means the combination of software, hardware, other products or equipment, and any and all services (including any installation, implementation, training, maintenance and support services) necessary to implement the solution described by Vendor in its Proposal.

Related to Proposed Solution

  • Proposed decision means the presiding officer’s recommended findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision, and order in a contested case in which the administrator did not preside.

  • Proposed Transfer means any assignment, sale, offer to sell, pledge, mortgage, hypothecation, encumbrance, disposition of or any other like transfer or encumbering of any Transfer Stock (or any interest therein) proposed by any of the Stockholders.

  • Proposed Transaction is defined in Section 6.2(a).

  • Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
