Harmful Content. You agree that You will not distribute, electronically transmit or display any materials supplied by You --- or through You by a third party --- to any Exabytes server in connection with Customer’s use of the Services which:
Harmful Content. Users shall not use the Virtustream Infrastructure and Services to transmit, distribute or store material that may be harmful to or interfere with the Virtustream Infrastructure and Services or any third party's networks, systems, services, or web sites. Such prohibited harmful content includes, but is not limited to, viruses, worms, and Trojan horses.
Harmful Content. Each party is solely responsible for any liability arising out of or relating to any content which such party provides or any material which may be accessed through a link provided by such party ("Content"). Each party represents and warrants with respect to its content that it holds the necessary rights to permit the use of such Content by the other party for the purpose of this Agreement; and that such party's Content and any material to which users can directly link through such party's Content will not violate any applicable laws or rights of any third parties of which either party is aware. If either party is aware that the other party's Content or web site contains any material that such party deems likely to cause the other party material harm ("Harmful Content"), such party will inform the party who provided the Harmful Content and may (i) not include the Harmful Content in the Service, and/or (ii) terminate this Agreement if the party who provided the Harmful Content has not revised it to the other party's satisfaction within five business days after receipt of written notice (as provided in Section 14.3 below) from the other party. Each party reserves the right not to include in the Service any Harmful Content.
Harmful Content. In using the Software and Ser- vices, Client agrees to the following: (i) Client shall not in- corporate into or otherwise transmit through the Software and/or Services any content that violates or infringes the rights of others, including without limitation any material that: (A) may be abusive, indecent, threatening, obscene, harassing, violent, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, or oth- erwise objectionable; (B) encourages or otherwise promotes conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability; (C) impersonates any person or entity or that otherwise misrepresents Client’s affiliation with a per- son or entity; (D) contains malicious code; (E) is in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or any other applicable laws pertain- ing to unsolicited email, SMS, text messaging or other elec- tronic communications, or the transmission of emails to an individual or entity with which Client has no preexisting relationship; (F) includes the private information of another without express permission, including but not limited to contact information, social security numbers, credit card numbers or other information which a reasonable would consider private in nature, (G) violates any privacy, intellec- tual property or proprietary right of another; (H) is porno- graphic or sexual in nature; (I) expressly targets children under the age of 13; or (J) is unlawful or otherwise objec- tionable, in SchoolMint’s sole opinion; and (ii) Client shall ensure that Client’s use of the Software and/or Services is at all times compliant with all applicable local, state, federal and international law, regulations and conventions, including without limitation, those related to data privacy, in- ternational communications, and the exportation of data of any kind, regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and/or any rules of a securities exchange in the U.S. or elsewhere.
Harmful Content. Users shall not use the 46 Labs Network and Services to transmit, distribute or store material that may be harmful to or interfere with the 46 Labs Network and Services or any third party’s networks, systems, services, or web sites. Such prohibited harmful content includes malware intentionally designed to cause damage to a computer, server, client, or computer network.
