TERMS AND HEADINGS The words "Landlord" and "Tenant" as used herein shall include the plural as well as the singular. Words used in any gender include other genders. The paragraph headings of this Lease are not a part of this Lease and shall have no effect upon the construction or interpretation of any part hereof.
Sections and Headings The division of this Agreement into Sections and the insertion of headings are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
Titles and Headings Titles and headings of sections of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the construction of any provision of this Agreement.
Table of Contents and Headings The Table of Contents and the various headings in this Agreement are included for convenience only and will not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.
Department Heads 14.5.1 Appointments to the position of Department Head shall follow the procedures set out in Article 21: Administration of Academic Sub-units.
Access to Persons and Records The State Auditor shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions in accordance with General Statute 147-64.7. Additionally, as the State funding authority, the Department of Health and Human Services shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions.
Documentation and Record Keeping 1. Records to be Maintained Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. Such records shall include, but not be limited to:
Department Head A. Within ten (10) business days from his/her receipt of the decision resulting from the previous level, the employee may appeal to the Department Head using the original copy of the grievance.
ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT 2.2.1 The Architect will provide administration of the Contract as hereinafter described.
Evaluation of Tenders 33.1 The Procuring Entity shall use the criteria and methodologies listed in this ITT and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification criteria. No other evaluation criteria or methodologies shall be permitted. By applying the criteria and methodologies, the Procuring Entity shall determine the Lowest Evaluated Tender. This is the Tender of the Tenderer that meets the qualification criteria and whose Tender has been determined to be:
