  • Service Use 5.1 For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer acknowledges that:

  • Substance Use Disorder counseling shall be provided by a QCC, or Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern. Substance use disorder education and life skills training shall be provided by counselors or individuals who have been trained in the education. All counselor interns shall work under the direct supervision of a QCC.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Supported on physical hardware solely to support virtual quests. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is designed to run and manage virtual instances and does not support user-space applications. Procedures should be in place to report and wipe data off lost mobile devices immediately after detection of loss.

  • Exclusive Use (A) After the Occupancy Date, Lessee expressly agrees and warrants that the Leased Premises will be used exclusively as a Champps Restaurant or other casual dining sit-down restaurant. In any other such case, after obtaining Lessor's prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, Lessee may conduct any lawful business from the Leased Premises.
