Server Use. This agreement does not permit you to install or Use the Software on a computer file server. For information on Use of Software on a computer file server please refer to xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/go/acrobat_distribute for information about Adobe Reader; or xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/go/licensing for information about the Adobe Runtimes.

Server Use. You may install one copy of the Software on one Computer file server within your Internal Network for the purpose of using the Software through commands, data or instructions (e.g., scripts) from another Computer within the same Internal Network, provided that the total number of users (not the concurrent number of users) that are permitted to use the Software on such Computer file server does not exceed the Permitted Number. No other network use is permitted, including, but not limited to use of the Software, either directly or through commands, data or instructions, from or to a Computer not part of your Internal Network, for Internet or web hosting services or by any user not licensed to use this copy of the Software under a valid licence from Adobe; and
Server Use. The Font Software may not be installed or Used on an internal or external (i.e., internet accessed) server unless all Workstations that can access such server are part of a Licensed Unit. For the purpose of determining the proper number of Workstations for which a license is needed, the following example is supplied for illustration purposes only: If there are 100 Workstations connected to the server, with no more than 15 Workstations ever using the Font Software concurrently, but the Font Software will be used on 25 different Workstations at various points in time, a license must be obtained which creates a Licensed Unit for 25 Workstations.
Server Use. You may install the SOFTWARE on Computer file server(s) within Your Internal Network only for use of the SOFTWARE initiated by an individual from a Computer within the same Internal Network as permitted by Section 1.1. The total number of users (not the concurrent number of users) able to use the SOFTWARE on such Computer file servers(s) may not exceed the Permitted Number of users as specified by the license purchased.

No other network use is permitted, including but not limited to, using the Software either directly or through commands, data or instructions from or to a computer not part of your internal network, for internet or web hosting services or by any user not licensed to use this copy of the Software through a valid license from Adobe; and

The total number of users (not the concurrent number of users) able to use the Software on such Computer file server(s) may not exceed the Permitted Number. By way of example, the foregoing does not permit you to install or access (either directly or through commands, data or instructions) the Software: (i) from or to a Computer not part of your Internal Network, (ii) for enabling web hosted workgroups or services available to the public, (iii) by any individual or entity to use, download, copy or otherwise benefit from the functionality of the Software unless licensed to do so by Tech Soft 3D, (iv) as a component of a system, workflow or service accessible by more than the Permitted Number of users, or (v) for operations not initiated by an individual user (e.g., automated server processing); and

Server Use. 2.1.7.1 As permitted in a separate purchasing document or Documentation and subject to license restrictions stated in this Agreement, Customer may install the Software on a Server only for the purpose of allowing an individual from a Computer within the same Internal Network (“Network User”) to access and use the Software. The Network User who has access to such Software on the Server is referred to as “Server Software User”. The total number of Server Software Users (not the concurrent number of users) may not exceed the Permitted Number. By way of example, if Customer has purchased 10 licenses of Software (Permitted Number is 10) and Customer elects to install the Software on a Server, then Customer can only allow up to 10 Server Software Users the access to the Software (even though Customer may have more than 10 Network Users or fewer than 10 concurrent users of the Software).
