Countrywide. Any entity which purchases the Servicing Rights pursuant to this Agreement or its successor in interest or any successor or assign to or designee of Countrywide under this Agreement as herein provided. Unless the context requires otherwise, all references to "Countrywide" in this Agreement shall be deemed to include such successors in interest, assignees or designees of Countrywide including Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP.
Countrywide. Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., a New York corporation and its successors and assigns, in its capacity as the seller of the Countrywide Mortgage Loans to the Depositor.
Countrywide. Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, and its successors and assigns, in its capacity as Servicer of the Countrywide Mortgage Loans.
Countrywide. Home Loans is duly organized as a New York corporation and is validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of New York and is duly authorized and qualified to transact any and all business contemplated by the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to be conducted by Countrywide Home Loans in any state in which a Mortgaged Property is located or is otherwise not required under applicable law to effect such qualification and, in any event, is in compliance with the doing business laws of any such state, to the extent necessary to perform any of its obligations under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof.
Countrywide. Home Loans is an approved servicer of conventional mortgage loans for FNMA or FHLMC and is a mortgagee approved by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to sections 203 and 211 of the National Housing Act.
Countrywide. “Countrywide” is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
