Counseling and Assistance a. The evaluator shall provide specific counseling and assistance to the evaluatee on any Standard that has been marked “Partially Meets Standards” or marked “Does Not Meet Standardsor equivalent language from the prior year.
Counseling and Assistance. Training and career development of employees serves the interest and efficiency of the government. Employees will be apprised of their progress in training and informed of any deficiencies or need for improvement and given reasonable additional assistance toward qualifying for career promotions. The Employer will certify the employee's completion of the training, furnish the employee with a copy of this certification, and also place a copy in the employee's Personnel Folder. The successful completion of career development and training by employees may be considered as a factor in promotion recommendations.
