Prepares a written decision based upon a review of the record that the invention was neither conceived nor first actually reduced to practice in the course of or under the contract and delivers the decision to Patent Counsel, with a copy to the Contracting Officer; or
Prepares case presentations for grand rounds, hospital and departmental meetings, clinical reviews and other relevant activities as required.
Prepares an employee for new or improved technologies (not currently in use in the employee’s position)
Prepares department budget; monitors department facilities, equipment, material, and supply needs in accordance with department priorities and established College procedures.
Prepares technical documentation and procedural manuals including detailed project plans, server diagrams, and user training materials.
Prepares reports, correspondence and other documents; participates on committees and task forces; attends meetings, conferences and training sessions.
Prepares associated guidance (including licensing, inspection, and enforcement guidance), as appropriate, and helps develop milestones for its preparation so that final guidance will be available at the time the rule is implemented.
Prepares all implants and instruments used in orthopaedic surgery for sterilisation.
Prepares analyses and submits reports to the Manager, HIAS on issues relating to contracts and budget for staff FTE under direct supervision.
Prepares for autopsy by performing duties such as preparing cadaver, setting out and sterilizing equipment and supplies and ensuring that signed permission for autopsy and identity of cadaver are matched.
