COST SHARING AND GOVERNANCE. 3.1 The Parties agree that if grant funds are available for grant applications, efforts necessary to develop a GSP(s), facilitation and/or consultant costs, and similar efforts to develop a GSP(s) for the Subbasin, then the Parties have the authority to and shall act jointly in applying for and seeking to obtain such grant funds. Any grant funds received on behalf of the Subbasin and/or all of the Parties, shall first be applied to eligible costs incurred after July 1, 2017; should any funds then remain, the Parties may develop a method for reimbursing relevant costs incurred by the Parties prior to the effective date of this Agreement. 2011056v2 / 20142.0001

COST SHARING AND GOVERNANCE. ‌ Parties shall share on an equitable basis the costs related to the preparation of the data required for the Coordination Agreement to be drafted. Costs shall be allocated between GSAs based on the number of acres within a GSA. Each Party to this Agreement shall be responsible for their respective share of costs based on their proportionate acreage within the Tule Subbasin. Through a separate agreement, the Tule Subbasin GSAs have appointed a fiscal agent and that fiscal agent shall have authority to enter into any contract necessary to assist with the preparation of the Coordination Agreement, subject to the direction and authorization of the Tule Subbasin TAC. The fiscal agent shall be responsible for invoicing the respective GSAs and for providing an accounting of all funds received and spent on behalf of the GSAs. The fiscal agent shall attend all Tule Subbasin TAC meetings but has no separate voting rights on the Tule Subbasin TAC. The Tule Subbasin TAC shall annually prepare a schedule, scope of work, and budget of items required for the Coordination Agreement, which shall identify the estimated expenses and the estimated portions each respective Tule Subbasin GSA will be expected to be responsible for. This information shall be submitted to the GSAs for review and approval. The Tule Subbasin TAC may request funds under the approved budget from the GSAs as needed to reimburse the GSA’s fiscal agent and may also request budget amendments. The Parties agree that if grant funds become available for the Coordination Agreement components, then the Parties shall utilize grant funds to pay for those costs. The Parties agree to coordinate specific grant application requests by separate agreement. The Parties agree that grant funds shall be utilized based on the grant application budget and that if any grant funds are available for distribution to the GSAs, then the remaining grant funds shall be distributed based on GSA acreage within the Tule Subbasin.

Meets Standard: The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to relevant reporting requirements to the State Public Charter School Commission, State Department of Education as the State Education Agency (SEA) and sole Local Education Agency (LEA) and/or federal authorities, including but not limited to: • Compliance with minimum educational data reporting standards established by the BOE • Maintaining and reporting accurate enrollment and attendance data • Maintaining and reporting accurate personnel data • Annual reporting and immediate notice requirements • Additional information requested by the State Public Charter School Commission

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation (c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Governance (a) The HSP represents, warrants and covenants that it has established, and will maintain for the period during which this Agreement is in effect, policies and procedures:
