Contents of Invoice. ‌ Each Invoice must: include the Provider's ABN; include the Purchase Order number; specify the GST amount (if any) payable and the extent to which each sale on the invoice is a taxable sale; include a description of the Services performed; contain sufficient details to enable RQ to verify the time spent by the Provider performing the Services; identify the date of completion of the Services and the Location for Performance; identify the amount claimed together with an itemised break down of that amount, being the Service Fees for the Services performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement during the relevant calendar month; include supporting documentation and other information as may be necessary (or as RQ reasonably requires) to enable RQ to assess and verify that the amounts claimed in the Invoice are properly due and payable under the Agreement; and comply with the requirements for a Tax Invoice.

A proper invoice must include the items listed in subparagraphs B.(1) through (15) of this provision. If the invoice does not comply with these requirements, Contractor will be notified of the defect.
