Subrecipient shall also submit the final, year-end invoice to County no later than the 10th calendar day of the month following the month in which final Services were provided during the Fiscal Year or Program Year. In both instances, when the 10th calendar day falls on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or Los Angeles County holiday), Subrecipient shall submit the invoice by the following business day. County reserves the right to modify in writing the due date(s) for the submission of invoices as needed in order to meet regulatory deadlines.
