After January 5, 2021 and for subsequent fiscal years, the County’s accounting division shall continue to process and pay such invoices for the Property Appraiser, from the Property Appraiser’s bank accounts, as the retained provider of financial services.

Constitutional Officer Budget. Beginning on January 9, 2021, the Property Appraiser Employees shall be paid by the Property Appraiser subject to the rules and policies of the Property Appraiser. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.
