Facilities Services c. CIBA shall provide to the Incubatee all such facilities as particularly described in Schedule I.
Facilities Services. All properties are fully furnished to a high standard and include a kitchen fully operational with appliances, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided, except for gifts provided to guest(s) on a case-by-case basis. Properties are equipped with entertainment centers, quality linen and towels. No items may be removed from the Property. Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted include a monthly (every thirty (30) days) housekeeping service (on reservations over four (4) weeks), heating, electricity, gas, water, broadband internet connection, and streaming services. Any extra facilities and charges are solely at NN’s discretion.

The State shall provide and maintain, or in the case of leased State Facilities use best efforts to cause the landlord to provide and maintain, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, electrical connections (to the wall plate), safety and security equipment, and connections to any facility-wide uninterruptible power supply as configured on the Contract Signing Date. Additional requirements identified by Provider during the Term of the Agreement will be provided consistent with Change Management and the Standards and Procedures Manual. The State shall provide Provider with reasonable notice of proposed changes to any of the foregoing that may adversely affect Provider's hardware located at any State Facility. In the event such adverse condition, other than expiration of the State's right to occupy leased State facilities, requires that Provider relocate such hardware, the State shall reimburse Provider for its actual costs incurred directly in connection therewith. To the extent provided by the State, the State shall maintain any site-wide uninterruptible power supply that is dedicated to support any State Facility. Provider shall provide and maintain any uninterruptible power supply dedicated to Provider's hardware and shall provide and maintain all connections from the wall plate to the hardware used to provide the Services.

SWI shall not at any time be deemed to have acquired any right in and to the the Facilities Services, service, hardware, software, configurations, trademarks, trade secrets related thereto, and all intellectual property rights and know-how therein and thereto (the "System") System, except as may be expressly provided to SWI in this Agreement or any other agreement between the parties Except as may be required or contemplated hereby, SWI shall not reproduce, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer Licensee's hardware or software in any manner whatsoever for any purpose. Except as may be required or contemplated hereby, SWI shall not use Licensee's trademarks, trade names, copyrights patents or logos without Licensee's prior written consent. All Licensee's trademarks, trade names, service marks, logotypes and other commercial symbols as well as any and all trade secrets, trade practices, copyrights, patents, operating practices and procedures, good will, and any and all other items tangible or intangible, used presently or in the future by Licensee, are the assets of Licensee and shall remain Licensee's exclusive property. Should SWI violate this provision Licensee shall be entitled to [ ] relief as well as any other remedy available in equity, in law or both.
Facilities Services. Coordinate the maintenance of the SCHS’ building services to maintain continuity of operations, minimise disruption to organisational activities and continually improve the sustainability of building operations. Inspect and assess all elements of building services and equipment on a regular basis Support the planning and delivery of project management activities required or directed. Co-ordinate building services review and approve contractor work plans and maintenance contracts to provide routine and emergency breakdown repair management. Manage compliance with contract conditions to resolve issues in a timely manner. Monitor the Building Management System (BMS), to ensure effective outcomes are achieved. Provide service reporting at the end of each month as determined by KPIs and in consultation with manager. Control and monitor waste management, including medical waste and secure document destruction. Ensuring testing and/or tagging of electrical equipment in accordance with SCHS policies and procedures and national standards. Ensuring the relevant organisational registers are maintained accurately.
Facilities Services. Operator will directly obtain and perform all janitorial and custodial services and cleaning of the interior of the Facilities. Operator will install, maintain, repair, replace and support Operator’s computer, phone and internet system and equipment. Operator will install, maintain, repair and replace all furniture, office and theatre equipment, fixtures, and art used or displayed at the Facilities.
