Subject to our Privacy Notice, you agree that we may use, copy, modify, display and distribute any information, data, materials or other content including account information you provide to us for the purpose of providing the Zelle Service, and you hereby give us a license to do so. By submitting a Zelle transaction and using the Zelle Service, you represent that you have the right to grant such information to us for the purposes set forth in this Agreement.

The Network Operator may use and disclose Network Data, Transaction Data and information about Customers to its Affiliates’ respective directors, officers, representatives, agents, contractors, employees, auditors and legal counsel solely for the following purposes: • Effecting Network Transactions; • Providing transaction record reporting to the appropriate Participants; • Operation and maintenance of the Network; • Internal administrative purposes related to the operation and maintenance of the Network; and • As otherwise required by Applicable Law, subpoena, or order of any court, tribunal, or governmental entity of competent jurisdiction.
