We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us.   • Subscriber Data Subscriber will timely supply Netgateway, in a form acceptable to Netgateway, with all data necessary for Netgateway to perform the ongoing services to be provided hereunder. It is the sole responsibility of Subscriber to insure the completeness and accuracy of such data.

  • Shareholder Information Within five days after receipt of a request from the Company, the Subscriber hereby agrees to provide such information with respect to its status as a shareholder (or potential shareholder) and to execute and deliver such documents as may reasonably be necessary to comply with any and all laws and regulations to which the Company is or may become subject. Subscriber further agrees that in the event it transfers any Securities, it will require the transferee of such Securities to agree to provide such information to the Company as a condition of such transfer.

  • Purchaser Information Each Purchaser covenants that it will promptly notify the Company of any changes in the information set forth in the Registration Statement regarding such Purchaser or such Purchaser's "Plan of Distribution."

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.
