You consent to the receipt of emails or text messages from us, from Zelle®, from other Users that are sending you money or requesting money from you, and from other Network Financial Institutions or their agents regarding the Zelle® and Other Payment Services or related transfers between Network Financial Institutions and you.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle®, its owners, directors, officers, agents and Network Financial Institutions from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any Zelle® Payment Request that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts.
