Common use of Conferences and Seminars Clause in Contracts

Conferences and Seminars. (a) The Employer recognizes the benefits of having employees attend conferences and seminars of a specialized nature in their respective fields. To this end, and subject to budgetary concerns, if prior approval is received, the Employer agrees to pay all reasonable expenses for an employee to attend a conference or seminar.
