Parent Conferences. A. 1. Elementary and exceptional education schools shall be dismissed early a minimum of four (4) half days during the school year to grant teachers time for parent-teacher conferences.
Parent Conferences. Except for kindergarten, parent conferences will be conducted after the first trimester during a week of minimum days. There shall be no other required meetings on those conference days.
Parent Conferences. With supporting documentation, bargaining unit members will be provided with up to 2 hours per semester of released time without loss of pay to attend parent conferences for their children, or students for whom they act as legal guardian. Said released time shall include travel time.

Parent Conferences. 7.6.1 A parent conference day consists of a full work day during which a teacher is released from all instructional duties (preparation, teaching, and grading) for half of that work day. This will be defined as a “minimum day” for purposes of this section.
Parent Conferences. The Parent/Teacher conference day session may be five (5) hours or two (2) hours anytime during the normal school business conference day with the understanding that, comparable time for conferences for the remaining three (3) hours may be done in the following manner:
Parent Conferences. In order to assist teachers in meeting parent conference expectations, the District will schedule for Grades K-8, four (4) half-days of non-student contact time for parent conferencing.
Parent Conferences. 4.2.5.1 Secondary Conferences shall take place in the 1st quarter and be no longer than three and one-half (3.5) hours in length with at most two (2) of those hours outside of the duty day. Compensation for those hours outside of the duty day shall be a minimum day on the Friday after conferences.
Parent Conferences. 1. In the elementary schools, the principal shall assist in scheduling all parent-teacher conferences of families with two or more children in their school. This should be done at the earliest possible time. The individual teacher shall then schedule conferences for all students without siblings in that particular school. It is the responsibility of each teacher to arrange spring conferences for those, which are necessary.
Parent Conferences. 6.11.1 Regularly scheduled building-wide or grade-wide parent conferences will be held on half day early student release days per the District calendar.
