Conditions of Insurance. (a) The policy or policies required under this section must provide that in the event of loss, the proceeds of the policy or policies will be payable to the Lessee to be used solely for the repair or replacement of the property damaged or destroyed, as approved and directed by the Lessor, with any balance of the proceeds not required for repair, replacement, or removal paid to the Lessor; provided, however, that the insurer, after payment of any proceeds to the Lessee, will have no obligation or liability with respect to the use or disposition of the proceeds by the Lessee.
Conditions of Insurance. Each insurance policy required hereunder shall insure the interest of Lessee regardless of any breach or violation by Lessor of any warranties, declarations, or conditions contained in such policies. Each such policy shall be primary without any right of contribution from any insurance maintained by Lessee. The geographic limits, if any, contained in each and every such policy of insurance shall include at the minimum all territories over which Lessee will operate the Aircraft for which the insurance is placed. Each policy shall contain an agreement by the insurer that notwithstanding the lapse of any such policy for any reason or any right of cancellation by the insurer or Lessor, whether voluntary or involuntary, such policy shall continue in force for the benefit of Lessee for at least thirty (30) days (or such lesser time as may be permitted in the case of War Risk Insurance, if such War Risk Insurance so requires) after written notice of such lapse or cancellation shall have been given to Lessee. Each policy shall contain an agreement by the Insurer to provide Lessee with thirty (30) days' advance written notice of any deletion, cancellation, or material change in coverage.
Conditions of Insurance. Unless otherwise authorized by the Ulster County Insurance Officer, strict adherence to this schedule is required. Any deviation without prior authorization from the County’s Insurance Department will result in a delay in the finalization of this Agreement. The Subrecipient shall submit copies of any or all required insurance documents as and when requested by the County. Upon policy renewal, the Subrecipient shall submit updated insurance policy information.

Each policy shall contain an agreement by the insurer that notwithstanding the lapse of any such policy for any reason or any right of cancellation by the insurer or the Owners, whether voluntary or involuntary, such policy shall continue in force for the benefit of the Owners for at least thirty (30) days (or such lesser time as may be permitted in the case of War Risk Insurance, if such War Risk Insurance so requires) after written notice of such lapse or cancellation shall have been given to the Owners. The Customer must be shown as the named insured and OEG as the joint named insured. Each policy must expressly provide that all of its provisions, except the limits of liability, operate in the same manner as if they were a separate policy covering each insured.
