Insurance Department. 34.1. Insurance Company Examiners shall receive mileage reimbursement from portal to portal when performing examinations, examination related meetings, and training. Notwithstanding the above, examiners will not receive mileage when assigned duties at the department’s headquarters.

  • Reinsurance Administration THE COMPANY shall perform all duties with respect to the administration of the reinsurance under this Agreement on the portion of the policies reinsured under this Agreement.

  • Insurance Application An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted. Thereafter, the employee must pay the entire premium for any insurance retained.

  • Notice to Taxing Authorities and Insurance Companies The Seller shall transmit to the applicable taxing authorities and insurance companies (including primary mortgage insurance policy insurers, if applicable) and/or agents, notification of the transfer of the servicing to the Purchaser, or its designee, and instructions to deliver all notices, tax bills and insurance statements, as the case may be, to the Purchaser from and after the Transfer Date. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or any Servicer in maintaining any such insurance if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02.
