Policies of Insurance definition

Policies of Insurance means policies of insurance within the meaning of the FB Act.

Policies of Insurance and “Policies” shall mean all cover notes, binders, policies of insurance and certificates of entry in protection and indemnity associations, clubs or syndicates with respect to the Vessels including all endorsements and riders to any thereof.

More Definitions of Policies of Insurance

Policies of Insurance means the insurance to be obtained and maintained by Borrower throughout the term of this Credit Agreement as provided by Section 5.09 herein.
