Compensation Reductions. “Compensation Reductions” means the amount by which a Participant reduces his compensation to purchase benefits under the Plan (i.e., pre-tax contributions to the Plan). Compensation Reductions shall be deducted in equal amounts from a Participant’s paychecks over the entire Plan Year or over a nine-month period during the Plan Year. The nine-month period shall correspond with Employer’s school year.

Compensation Reductions. The percentage of Compensation which a Participant has elected to defer pursuant to a Deferred Compensation Agreement, and that the Company and the Participant mutually agree shall be deferred in accordance with the Plan. Participants may elect to defer any whole percentage of Compensation up to 100% of Compensation.
Compensation Reductions. Subject to the limit under Section 4.2, each active Participant may elect to reduce their Compensation from the University for a Plan Year by such amount as the Participant specifies (as a dollar amount per pay period) in writing in accordance with this Plan. All amounts by which a Participant reduces their Compensation hereunder will be credited to their Account when such amounts would otherwise have been paid to the Participant as Compensation (or as soon thereafter as is practicable).

  • Compensation; Reimbursement At the closing of each Offering (each, a “Closing”), the Company shall compensate Xxxxxxxxxx as follows:

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.

  • Compensation Benefits and Reimbursement (a) The compensation specified under this Agreement shall constitute the salary and benefits paid for the duties described in Section 2(b). The Association shall pay Executive as compensation a salary of not less than $_____________ per year ("Base Salary"). Such Base Salary shall be payable biweekly, or with such other frequency as officers and employees are generally paid. During the period of this Agreement, Executive's Base Salary shall be reviewed at least annually.   • Total Compensation Contractor shall include Total Compensation in XXX for each of its five most highly compensated Executives for the preceding fiscal year if:

  • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Compensation Benefits In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.
