Compensation Plan Adjustments. Effective August 1, 2017 or upon the first (1st) of the month of the month following ratification of the local agreement, whichever is later, the following classifications shall be adjusted as indicated below: SALARY RANGE CLASS # CLASSIFICATION TITLE CURRENT NEW C3251 Facilities Engineer 1 25 26 C3252 Facilities Engineer 2 27 29 C3253 Facilities Engineer 3 29 33 Effective August 1, 2017 or upon the first (1st) of the month following ratification of the local agreement, whichever is later, all employees will retain their current salary rate in the new range except that employees whose current rate is below the first (1st) step in the new range shall be moved to the first (1st) step in the new range and a new salary eligibility date of twelve (12) calendar months from the above effective date shall be assigned. For an employee whose rate is within the new salary range, but not at a corresponding salary step, his/her current salary rate shall be adjusted to the next higher rate closest to his/her current salary, starting upon the above effective date.

  • Compensation Plans Following any termination of the Executive's employment, the Company shall pay the Executive all unpaid amounts, if any, to which the Executive is entitled as of the Date of Termination under any compensation plan or program of the Company, at the time such payments are due.
