Compensation of the Distributor. The Sponsor shall pay to the Distributor, for its services described in this Agreement, an annual distribution fee of $35,000 such fee to be paid monthly in advance on the first day of each calendar month.
Compensation of the Distributor. Any initial or deferred sales charges and any compensation to be paid the Distributor out of any Distribution Plan described in 7(e) below shall constitute the entire compensation of the Distributor. The Distributor may allow concessions to dealers, out of sales charges, as the Distributor shall from time to time determine.
Compensation of the Distributor. The Distributor shall be entitled to such compensation, including sales loads and contingent deferred sales charges, if any, described in the Prospectus. In the event that the Corporation has adopted a 12b-l Plan in respect of a Series or a Class and has elected to make payments thereunder, the Distributor shall be entitled to compensation in accordance with such plan, provided that it otherwise complies with the terms and provisions thereof, and to make payments hereunder and thereunder to dealers that enter into selected dealer agreements under Section 2(e) above.
Compensation of the Distributor. (a) As promptly as possible after the first business day of each month this Distribution Agreement is in effect, each Fund shall pay to the Distributor for its distribution and services expenditures and activities hereunder made or performed during the previous month at the annual rate of .25% of the average daily net assets of the Fund which are related to the Distributor’s activities hereunder; provided that payment shall be made in any month only to the extent that such payment, together with any other payments made by the Fund pursuant to its Plan (as defined herein) to the Distributor or others, shall not exceed an annual rate of .25% of the average daily net assets of the Fund for that month. The payments by the Fund made pursuant to this Agreement to the Distributor are authorized pursuant to the plan adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company on behalf of each Fund under Rule 12b-1 under the 1940 Act (the “Plan”).
Compensation of the Distributor. Distributor shall receive a fee duly authorized and approved by HGI in accordance with the Fund's 12b-1 Plan. 4.
Compensation of the Distributor. (a) Class A (and Class X Shares). The above-mentioned sales charge ------- shall constitute the entire compensation of the Distributor. Out of such sales charge, the Distributor may allow such concessions or reallowances to dealers as it may from time to time determine.
Compensation of the Distributor. Except to the extent that may be provided in Section 2.2, the Distributor shall not receive any payment or compensation with respect to the provision of distribution services under this Agreement; provided, however, that the Distributor shall be entitled to receive payments, if any, under the 12b-1 Plan in accordance with the terms thereof.
Compensation of the Distributor. Paragraph (a) of Section 3 (Compensation of the Distributor) of the Distribution Agreement shall be amended to read in its entirety as follows:
Compensation of the Distributor. As compensation for the services performed and the expenses assumed by RCM under this Agreement including, by not limited to, any commissions paid for sales of Shares, the Fund shall pay RCM, as promptly as possible after receipt of a quarterly invoice a fee for services as set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement.
