Community Development Account. There will be a Taskinigahp Community Development Account (CDA). Partly similar to the 1996 Community Development Account, it will be used for the economic, social and cultural development of NCN and Members, as well as for things like environmental monitoring and to administer the Trust. The Resource Account One new feature of the Trust is the Resource Account which is in response to the concerns raised by NCN resource harvesters. It will be used for resource development and management programs within the RMA, and to fund NCN’s activities in relation to the NHRMB. The first source of money for the Resource Account will be transmission benefits. Every year, 75 percent of the transmission benefits will be used to fund resource programs and activities. The remaining 25 percent will go into a resource sub-account, which is set up as a savings account. This sub-account will generate interest and the interest can also be spent on resource programs. This interest will also be used for resource programs. In addition, NCN may decide in some years to put extra money into the Resource Account. The Seven Generations Account and Seven Generations Growth Account Another new feature will be the Seven Generations Account. Like the 1996 Investment and Heritage Account, this will be used for long-term priorities. There will also be a Seven Generations Growth Account (SGGA), also for long-term priorities. The difference is that there is a mandatory savings feature built into the Seven Generations Growth Account. In years when dividends are less than $10 million, 10 percent of the dividends will go into the SGGA. In years when the dividends are more than $10 million, 25 percent will go into the SGGA. In addition, NCN may decide to put extra money into the SGGA in some years. No money from SGGA will be spent until there is $100 million in the account. Once funds have been deposited to the SGGA, it will generate interest every year. This is called growth income. The Possibility of Individual Payments to NCN Members The 1996 Trust prohibited payments from the Trust to individual NCN Members. The trust is to benefit NCN as a whole. In general, the new Taskinigahp Trust is similar. However, over the long term, it is possible that the Taskinigahp Trust will be so large that it will be able to support all necessary NCN programs and services, and also be able to generate payments to individual NCN Members.   • VISIBILITY OF FUNDING FROM THE OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE Unless the SAIDC requests or agrees otherwise, any communication or publication made by the Final Beneficiary that relates to the action, including at conferences, seminars or in any information or promotional materials (such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations in electronic form, etc.), including tangible assets acquired from the project must: (a) indicate that the action has received funding from the Official Development Assistance, SlovakAid and (b) display the SlovakAid logo. When displayed in association with another logo, the SlovakAid logo must have appropriate prominence. The obligation to display the SlovakAid logo does not confer on the Final Beneficiary a right of exclusive use. The Final Beneficiary may not appropriate the SlovakAid logo or any similar trademark or logo, either by registration or by any other means. For the purposes of the first, second and third subparagraphs and under the conditions specified therein, the Final Beneficiary may use the SlovakAid logo without first obtaining permission from the SAIDC.
