Commissioning Documents Clause Samples
The 'Commissioning Documents' clause defines the requirements and procedures for preparing, submitting, and approving documentation related to the commissioning of a project or system. Typically, this clause outlines the types of documents needed—such as test reports, operation manuals, and certificates of compliance—and specifies the timeline and responsible parties for their delivery. By establishing clear expectations for documentation, this clause ensures that all systems are properly tested and verified before handover, thereby reducing the risk of operational issues and disputes over project completion.
