Collection and Transportation. (a) Suitable Transportation The CONTRACTOR shall provide suitable transportation to remove the E-Waste Materials described in “Exhibit B”, and haul waste materials to recycle location. CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws of the United States and all applicable state and local regulations in moving, handling, transporting, and recycle of such e- waste material. Collection and Transportation. (a) Suitable Transportation The CONTRACTOR shall provide suitable transportation to remove the Waste Material described in “Exhibit C”, and haul waste materials to disposal location. CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws of the United States and all applicable state and local regulations in moving, handling, transporting, and disposing of such waste material. CONTRACTOR shall require all carriers it uses to provide insurance MCS 90 Endorsement coverage equivalent to that specified in paragraph 5 (a) (d) of the original contract agreement and upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide certification of insurance coverage to the CITY.
Collection and Transportation. 7.1 The party providing transportation for the Waste Material from Generator's Facility to Processor's Facility shall comply with all federal, state, and local statutes, rules, regulations and ordinances applicable to the moving, handling, securing and transporting of such Waste Material. Generator is legally responsible to provide the proper Department of Transportation and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act shipping papers and labels, and/or any other such papers and labels required by applicable law, which shall accompany the Waste Material. Processor will assist Generator in determining proper labeling and shipping documentation.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C.
