Clothing Issue - Permanent Employees i) Parkas & Insulated Overalls in accordance with the appended Memorandum on Clothing Issue March 6, 1995. a) Items will be issued to employees who the Corporation has identified as requiring them. The following employees have been identified for issue of parkas or overalls; all Outside employees currently identified on grid. b) Replacement of parkas or insulated overalls will be on a minimum of three years and as approved by the Corporation. c) Insulated overcoats and insulated overalls that have been replaced with new ones will remain at the workplace for use in jobs that are considered to be more damaging to clothing. d) The specifications fo the insulated overalls and overcoats will be decided by the Corporation based on the individual needs of the Department. ii) Mandatory - Employees required to represent the Municipality to the public on an ongoing and continual basis will be required to wear clothing issued by the Municipality. This covers all outside agreement workers except By-Law Enforcement. iii)

  • Sick Leave Days Payable at 100% Wages Permanent Employees Subject to paragraphs d), e) and f) below, Employees will be allocated eleven (11) sick days payable at one hundred percent (100%) of wages on the first day of each fiscal year, or the first day of employment.

This Project may use funds allocated under the Act. Therefore, to the extent feasible and pertaining to future hirings, the Consultant, before it executes the Agreement, shall provide to the District certification of compliance with the procedures for implementation of DVBE contracting goals, appropriate documentation identifying the amount(s) intended to be paid to DVBEs in conjunction with the contract, and documentation demonstrating the Consultant’s good faith efforts to meet these goals.

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.
