Sunday Overtime Sample Clauses

Sunday Overtime. Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.

Sunday Overtime. For regularly scheduled employees (Monday-Friday), Sundays shall be compensated at the rate of double (2) time provided such employees have been credited with forty (40) hours straight- time pay in the scheduled workweek. A minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate shall be guaranteed for such employees.

Sunday Overtime. The Municipality shall pay double time for all hours worked on a Sunday except where regularly scheduled.

(c) It is understood that no employee in the Sunday double time premium pay category, who is brought in to work, shall be paid for less than four hours at such rate. It is permissible for such an employee to be worked and paid at the said premium rate for four, five, six, seven or eight consecutive hours on Sunday.

Sunday Overtime. In order to fairly share overtime at double pay on Sundays, a list of all custodians who want Sunday work shall be kept (each custodian must be responsible for getting his name on the list), and assignment shall be equalized among the custodians as their name appears on the list. Nu cumulative hours shall be kept on Sunday assignments, but hours will be checked off in order to assure fair offering of the Sunday hours.

Sunday Overtime. Overtime hours worked on a Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of double ordinary time rates. Overtime hours (outside of normal day-work hours i.e. 7.30am to 3.47pm) worked on a PH shall be paid for at the rate of triple ordinary time rates. Hours worked during normal day-work hours on a PH will provide the employee with his/her ordinary public holiday payment, plus double time culminating to a maximum of triple time for the normal day-work.

Sunday Overtime. (a) Full-time, part-time and maximum term Employees required to work on a Sunday will be paid at the rate of double time for all hours worked. (b) Casual Employees required to work on a Sunday will be paid at 250% for all hours worked.

Sunday Overtime. Any employee working on a Sunday shall receive two (2) times the employee's hourly rate, or, if a full day is worked, shall receive two days' pay.
