Outside Agreement. The Company agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with its employees, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Company agrees that these functions will be exercised in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Collective Agreement. The Company hereby reserves all rights and privileges not specifically modified by this Agreement,

b) All existing individual contracts non-solicitation/non-competition agreements between the Employer and it’s employees shall continue in full force and effect, except as to such provisions thereof which conflict with the specific provisions of this Agreement, which conflicting provisions shall be deemed modified to conform with the provisions of this Agreement. The Employer reserves the right to continue to require individual non solicit agreements contracts with its present and future employee.
