CLIENT GROUP MANAGER. In order for Adobe to monitor and review the Services, Xxxxx undertakes and agrees to appoint one individual to be primarily responsible to Adobe for the Services who shall be the Client Group Manager. The Client Group Manager shall meet with such of Adobe's management as Adobe shall deem necessary no less frequently than once each month during the Contract Term, or more frequently if this is required by the relevant Performance Standard or by Adobe at any time during the Contract Term. In addition, Xxxxx undertakes and agrees to appoint a separate service manager for each or any of the Services, if requested by Adobe. For the avoidance of doubt this Clause 6 is without prejudice to any other managing structure requirement or reporting requirement specified in any Performance Standards or Performance Metrics or elsewhere in this Agreement or the Statement of Work.

CLIENT GROUP MANAGER. In order for Adobe Benelux and Adobe Systems to monitor and review the appropriate Services, Sykes Asia, Sykes Europe and Sykes US undertake and agree to appoint one individual to be primarily responsible to Adobe for the Services who shall be the Client Group Manager. The Client Group Manager shall meet with such of Adobe Benelux' or Adobe Systems' management, as appropriate, and, as Adobe Benelux or Adobe Systems shall deem necessary, no less frequently than once each month during the Contract Term, or more frequently if this is required by the relevant Performance Standard or by Adobe Benelux or Adobe Systems at any time during the Contract Term.   • Project Manager Project Management Advisors, Inc., or any other project manager designated by Landlord in its reasonable discretion from time to time to act in a supervisory, oversight, project management or other similar capacity on behalf of Landlord in connection with the design and/or construction of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.

  • Relationship Management 1. Provide client service support to the Fund, including access to day-to-day points of contact and to points of escalation as necessary.

  • Relationship Managers Each party will appoint a Relationship Manager to act as the primary point of contact between the parties with respect to this Agreement, and will designate an alternate for its primary Relationship Manager to act in his or her absence or unavailability. No modification of the Specifications or the Schedule will be effective unless expressly approved by the primary or alternate Relationship Managers of both parties pursuant to Section 7. Each Relationship Manager will appoint Project Managers to manage specific projects under this Agreement. The Project Managers will serve as the primary interface points between the parties with respect to such projects.

  • CORPORATE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The Manager will provide the following corporate administrative services for the Fund:

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Alliance Manager Each Party shall appoint a person(s) who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters between meetings of each Joint Committee and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (each, an “Alliance Manager”). Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time by notice in writing to the other Party.

  • SERVICES TO THE COMPANY In consideration of the Company’s covenants and obligations hereunder, Indemnitee will serve or continue to serve as an officer, director, advisor, key employee or in any other capacity of the Company, as applicable, for so long as Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or retained or until Indemnitee tenders his or her resignation or until Indemnitee is removed. The foregoing notwithstanding, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect after Indemnitee has ceased to serve as a director, officer, advisor, key employee or in any other capacity of the Company, as provided in Section 17. This Agreement, however, shall not impose any obligation on Indemnitee or the Company to continue Indemnitee’s service to the Company beyond any period otherwise required by law or by other agreements or commitments of the parties, if any.

  • Program Management (WBS 1.1) All components of the Project Management Plan as implemented for the Base Contract and Options 1-4 will be reviewed and amended to reflect specific needs for Option 5 and the outcome of continuous process improvement evaluations.

  • Account Management A. The repayment account opened by the Borrower with the Lender (the account stipulated in Article 5) is a special capital withdrawal account, which is used to collect the corresponding sales revenue or the planned repayment fund. Where the corresponding sales revenue is settled in a non-cash manner, the Borrower shall ensure that it will be promptly transferred into the capital withdrawal account upon receipt.
