Set-Up. Set-up charges will be either (a) a specified part number contained in the Transaction Document, or (b) a fee contained in a customized statement of work that will be governed by a separate professional services agreement between IBM and Customer. Set-Up Services will only be provided to a Customer owned or controlled location or an IBM location, as applicable.

If additional time is needed, special arrangements will need to be requested at least 10 business days prior to the date of the event. Additional hours will be charged at the rate of $ per hour or any fraction thereof. Set up can be provided at a cost of $ per hour or a flat rate, depending upon the specifics requested. If you would like this option, you must contact us at least 10 business days prior to the event to arrange this.

Set-Up. Lessor must agree to the size and placement of any tent or tents to be erected by the Lessee prior to signing the Lease Agreement. Xxxxxx’s tent/tents may be erected as early as two days prior to the event granted they do not interfere with other Lessor programs or scheduled events. No property of any kind belonging to Lessor shall be removed from the premises, including flowers, plants and foliage.

The home must be set and positioned on the premises in accordance with the instructions of the Lessor’s representative at the time the home arrives at the premises. All homes must be double blocked. Set-Up. All displays must be in place and display materials, cartons, and refuse removed from the aisles by 3:00 pm, September 12, 2022. Shipments of displays and exhibit materials arriving prior to the first set-up day must be sent to the official show service contractor and must arrive prepaid. No shipments will be accepted at the show site prior to the first set-up day. Exhibitors will be solely responsible for any and all charges related to the shipment and handling of freight delivered to and from the service contractor and/or the show site. If erection of any crated exhibit has not started 1 hour prior to the opening of the trade show and no arrangements for set-up have been made, NAPEO shall order the exhibit to be erected and the exhibitor will be billed for and agrees to pay for all charges incurred. NAPEO shall not be liable for any damages that may occur during this exhibit set-up. Any space not claimed and occupied prior to 3:00 pm, September 12, 2022, for which no special arrangements have been made, may be resold or reassigned by NAPEO without obligation on the part of NAPEO for any refund whatsoever.
Set-Up. For indoor facilities, DCPR will provide pre-determined number of tables and chairs for renter to set up and arrange as needed. Outdoor facilities/pavilions are rented “as-is” and do not include additional tables and chairs.
