Company Information Technology definition

Company Information Technology means the Information Technology set forth on TDS Schedule 4.7.2.
Company Information Technology means all communications systems and computer systems used or held for use by the Company or any Company Subsidiary, including all hardware, software, uniform resource locators, e-mail and other internet addresses, sites and domain names, and applications and registrations therefor, source code, object code, firmware, development tools, files, records and data, and all media on which any of the foregoing is recorded.
Company Information Technology means all Company Owned Information Technology, together with all Information Technology that the Company licenses or otherwise has acquired the right to use, to the extent such a license or other right is required for such use.

Company Information Technology means all information technology which at the Completion Date is used or held for use by any member of the CCPH Group in connection with its business as currently carried on and which is neither a Core IT System nor provided under the Transitional Services Agreement and including information technology which is set out in Schedule 13 (Company Information Technology);
Company Information Technology means, collectively, the Owned Information Technology and Third-Party Information Technology to the extent that is used in the conduct of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Medical information means any individually identifiable information, in electronic or physical form, regarding the individual’s medical history or medical treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to mean that Company owns any intellectual property or ideas that were conceived by you before you commenced employment with Company and which you have previously disclosed to the Company. Subject to Section 4.3(b), nothing in this Section 4.3(a) shall prevent you from complying with a valid legal requirement (whether by oral questions, interrogatories, requests for information or documents, subpoena, civil investigative demand or similar process) to disclose any Confidential Information or Trade Secret Information.

  • Company Inventions means any Inventions which (a) relate directly to the business of the Company; (b) relate to the Company’s actual or anticipated research or development; (c) result from any work performed by Employee for the Company, for which equipment, supplies, facility or Company Confidential Information is used; or (d) is developed on any Company time.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • SAP Technology Solution(s means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP.
