CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The name of the person who is seeking to establish Charter School. In accordance with Wis. Stat. § 118.40(1m), more than 50% of the teachers employed at Professional Learning Institute filed a petition with the Board on October 30, 2003 to establish Charter School.

CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES a. The Charter School shall set the hours of service for each SRO per location listed in Exhibit “A” to comply with the ACT.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. CHARTER shall pay for any costs which in its discretion are deemed necessary, and which comply with external source funding requirements, to operate CHARTER and its educational programs from the revenue it receives pursuant to Article 4. Except as provided herein, or as required by law, the District shall not incur or pay any expense or enter in- to any agreement that relates to providing services to students who attend CHARTER or to the operation and maintenance of CHARTER. CHARTER shall be primarily responsible for communicating with the State Department of Education on matters involving CHARTER. Where the District is obligated to make reports to the State Department of Education on behalf of CHARTER, the District shall notify CHARTER of its reports prior to sending them to the State Department of Education.

Stat. § 118.40(2m) and Administrative Policy 9.12 and Administrative Procedure 9.12, the Board is entering into this Contract on its own initiative to establish an MPS Charter School, having considered the proposal submitted by Xxxxxx O’Dell, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxx Xxxxxx, the Proposal Development Team of Highland Community School.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. Charter School shall comply with the responsibilities set forth in EXHIBIT “B,” which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES a. The Charter School shall ensure all funds provided by the BOCC stemming from the Agreement Number Y2284, provided as Exhibit “A,” comply with the eligible expenditures in the Charter School’s response to the COVID-19 state and local state of emergency.

CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. A. CHARTER may employ an outside agency or vendor to submit monthly retirement reporting information. CHARTER also agrees to immediately notify VCOE of any changes in outside agency or vendor.
CHARTER SCHOOL RESPONSIBILITIES. Provide questions for board application and review draft application. Email stakeholders about board openings with letter developed by the PCSASC. If a board candidate is not able to complete the online board application it is the school’s responsibility to assist the candidate with data entry by the deadline. Responsible for promoting the election and marketing to all eligible votes. Provide an accurate list in MS Excel with emails of those eligible to vote. Provide links from school’s website to board application and ballot at the appropriate times. Post PDF Document of all Candidates Bio Summaries on School’s Website Provide school information for the final press release if requested. Criminal Back ground checks on all candidates. Orientation to the school’s charter and board expectations.
