Reporting Information definition

Reporting Information means: (i) for any financial year, the Guarantor’s consolidated financial statements for such period, audited by the Independent Auditors and prepared in accordance with Accounting Standards consistently applied with the corresponding financial statements for the preceding period. Such Reporting Information shall be accompanied by a report thereon of the Independent Auditors with accompanying notes and annexes; and (ii) for any half-yearly financial period, the Guarantor’s consolidated financial statements for such period, accompanied by a report thereon by either the Independent Auditors or management of the Guarantor and, in the case of both (i) and (ii), such management reports, operational information and key performance indicators, as are required to be disclosed by a company whose shares are traded in the General Category (Main Market) of the Athens Stock Exchange or any other Regulated Market (as defined in Directive 2014/65/EU).

Reporting Information means the information in respect of a RelevantTransaction which is required under EMIR to be reported by the Customer to a Trade Repository within applicable reporting deadlines under EMIR, including Counterparty Data and Common Data.

Reporting Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5.

Examples of Reporting Information in a sentence

• Covered Persons also must provide Required Reporting Information relating to such investments in the annual report as specified in Section H.4.

• The Required Reporting Information provided in this statement must be current as of a date no more than 45 days prior to the Covered Person’s date of employment at LAM.

• Each Covered Person shall submit within 45 days after the end of each calendar year an annual report to the Legal & Compliance Department via the Financial Tracking System showing, as of the end of the calendar year the Required Reporting Information for each account in which any Securities are held for the direct or indirect benefit of the Covered Person or Related Persons.

More Definitions of Reporting Information

Reporting Information means the information in respect of a RelevantTransaction which is required to be reported by the Customer to a Trade Repository pursuant to EMIR within applicable reporting deadlines, including Counterparty Data and Common Data.

Reporting Information means, in respect of each Qualifying Programme, full and accurate details of the Repertoire Works included within such Qualifying Programme.

Reporting Information means (i) the Acquired Company Financial Statements and (ii) information regarding the Acquired Company Entities necessary for Buyer Parent to prepare pro forma financial statements as of and for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 and for the most recent subsequent interim fiscal period for which unaudited financial statements of the Acquired Company Entities either have been delivered or were required to be delivered by this Agreement.

Reporting Information means information in respect of a Relevant Transaction that is required to be reported to a Trade Repository pursuant to EMIR within applicable reporting deadlines, including Counterparty Data and Common Data.
