Changing Posted Hours. ‌ If an employee in any thirty (30) consecutive working days, works over the posted hours with supervisor authorization on more than half of these days, that employee’s posted hours will be raised to the time worked, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day. This provision does not apply to Transportation assignments, which are addressed in Article XXIX.

Changing Posted Hours. ‌ If an employee in any thirty (30) working days in the contract year works over the posted hours on more than half of these days, that employee’s posted hours will be raised to the time worked, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day for the remainder of the contract year. The additional hours added to the position will be based on an average of the extra hours that were worked during the thirty (30) day time frame.

  • Post-Observation Conference 1. The post-observation conference between the evaluator and teacher will be held no later than five (5) days after the formal observation.

  • Pre-Observation Conference The pre-observation conference shall be held prior to each formal observation. The teacher and evaluator will mutually agree when to conference. The purpose of the pre-observation conference is to discuss the employee’s goals, establish a date for the formal observation, and to discuss such matters as the professional activities to be observed, their content, objectives, strategies, and possible observable evidence to meet the scoring criteria.

  • Notice of Changed Positions In the event that the Employer introduces significant changes to an existing job such that the job description is substantially altered, the Employer shall give written notice to the Union outlining the changes which have taken place, along with the Employer's proposal for a change in the wage rate, if any. Should the Union object to the proposed wage rate, such objection to the wage rate must be made in writing, within thirty (30) days of notification by the Employer. If no written objection is received by the Employer, then the wage rate shall be considered as agreed to. If the wage rate proposed by the Employer for the changed job is revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised wage rate shall be effective from the date on which the changes were implemented.

  • Credit Hours Credit hours are hours that an employee elects to work, with supervisory approval, in excess of the employees basic work requirement under a flexible work schedule. Credit hours may only be accrued under a flexible work schedule. Employees must notify their direct supervisor of their intent to earn credit hours and the duties to be performed at least four (4) hours in advance of the time. Management will respond and approve the credit hours if the work is assigned duties that could not have been performed during a normal tour of duty. Credit hours used are considered hours worked.

  • Periodic Update of Contact Information The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members’ names and contact information on the last working day of, January, May, and September. The information will be provided to CSEA via electronic mail. This contact information shall also include the following information, with each field listed in its own column:

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • Contact Hours The contact hour load for an eLearning course or section shall be equivalent to that for a face-to-face course.
