– Change of Shift Bids. (a) In March of each year, all employees will be allowed to bid on shifts in accordance with seniority and qualifications. Each employee will be brought into the office in order of seniority to sign the bid, at which time he or she must sign the bid and indicate his or her preference. The transfer of employees will be effected commencing on the first Sunday of the month of April.
