CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER. The Board of the Company announces, Xx. Xx Xxxx (‘‘Xx. Xx’’) will resign as the chief financial officer of the Company due to work arrangement with effect from the conclusion of the Board meeting held on 30 December 2021. Xx. Xxxx served as the standing vice president of Yanchuang Capital Group which mainly engages in business including venture capital fund, property fund and securities investment fund. In his term of office, Xx. Xxxx was mainly responsible for the establishment and launch of private equity investment fund, investment in new energy, bio-medicine, advanced manufacturing and other fields, as well as the whole-process management of investment business. From 2002 to 2017, Xx. Xxxx worked in Guolian Securities and its subsidiary Hua Ying Securities, and served as a senior project manager of Guolian Securities, deputy general manager of the investment banking department at Guolian Securities, and the managing director of the investment banking department at Hua Ying Securities, participating in several IPO projects, re-financing projects and merger and acquisition projects.
