Other Fields definition

Other Fields means all fields other than the Field of Use, including, without limitation, the fields of wound site management and post-operative surgical treatments.
Other Fields means any use of a compound other than (a) in or ------------ on a human, or (b) in the Primary Field.
Other Fields means processes,algorithms and electronic circuitry which are not within either the GI Field or the Faroudja Field.

  • If COMPANY does not exercise the Option with respect to any OTHER FIELDS within the Option Period, M.I.T. shall have the right following expiration of the Option Period to grant licenses to third parties in such OTHER FIELDS.

More Definitions of Other Fields

Other Fields means diagnostic testing in humans for (i) autoimmune disorders and diseases, (ii) cardiovascular disorders and diseases, and (iii) fibrosis disorders and diseases.
Other Fields means fields not included within the PV Field or Composite Field.
Other Fields means all fields of application other than the Medical Field of Use.
Other Fields means all fields other than the CuraGen Field and the 454 Field.

Intellectual Property or IP means any legally enforceable right in any Technology, including without limitation, Patents and the claimed inventions; copyrights, and copyrighted original works, including software; industrial design rights and design patents; integrated circuit layout designs; and plant breeders’ right or other right in plant varieties. Licensed IP means the Intellectual Property owned or controlled by Licensor as listed in Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
Other Fields has the meaning of that term provided in Section 2(f) of this Agreement.
