Card Fees and Charges. You agree to pay us any fees and charges payable under this Agreement as set out in the Fee Schedule. We may change any fee or charge by giving You 2 months' notice of such change, as set out in the Changes section of this Agreement. Any change in Card fees or charges that We tell You about will be effective from the expiry of the notice period and the Fee Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly. We will charge You a monthly fee for every Card issued to Your under this Agreement, as set out in the Fee Schedule. Termination and Cancelling Cards You have the right to terminate this Agreement and close your Account at any time by giving Us 1 month's written notice. You can do so by contacting Us using the details set out in the Contact Centre details section below. If you do so We will immediately block Your Cards. If You serve notice on Us to close the Account and/or terminate this Agreement You must pay off all amounts owing on Your Account and immediately stop all use of Your Account. If You terminate this Agreement within the first 12 months from the date Your entered into this Agreement, we will charge You an early cancellation fee, as set out in the Fee Schedule. We may terminate this Agreement for any reason by giving You at least 2 months' notice. If We end this Agreement You must pay all money You owe Us immediately, including unbilled Transactions that may not be shown on Your last Invoice and/or Statement. We will only close Your Account when You have paid off all amounts You owe Us. You will continue to be responsible for all Transactions made in relation to Your Account until Your Account is no longer used. We may terminate this Agreement immediately and will tell You as soon as practicable:
Card Fees and Charges. The fees and charges payable for the use of the Card are set out in xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxx-xxxxxxxx-xx, assuming a maximum of 50 Cards issued under your account, unless we agree other fees with you in writing. We may change the fees and charges by giving you no less than 30 days' prior written notice, or in accordance with Applicable Law.
Card Fees and Charges. 4.1 The Cardholder agrees to pay to the Bank non-refundable fees as determined by the Bank - at its sole discretion - such as and without limitation the Card issuance/joining fees, annual fees, renewal fees, replacement Card fees and/or any other fees determined by the Bank from time to time. The Company agrees to pay the Annual Membership Fee and authorizes Bank to debit it directly to the Cardholder's Account. The Annual Membership Fee once paid will not be refunded to the Cardholder or to the Company, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.

A fee may be imposed by an ATM operator when you initiate a withdrawal or balance inquiry and by any ATM network used to complete the transaction.
