Joining Fees definition

Joining Fees means the one off amount payable by the Cardholder to the Bank on approval by the Bank of the Application.

  • The revised Joining Fees, annual Fees and amounts will take effect within 1 5 (Fifteen) days of the Bank providing the aforesaid intimation.

Related to Joining Fees

  • Joining Fee means the one-off fee charged by the trustee/sponsor of a scheme and payable by the employers and/or members upon joining the scheme.

  • Annual Fees means annual Trustee Fees and annual fees related to monitoring Tax Increment, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • L/C Fees means, with respect to an L/C, the amount calculated by multiplying (i) the face amount of that L/C by the rate for calculation of the L/C Fee specified in Section 2.6 by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the duration of the term of that L/C and the denominator of which is the number of days in the calendar year in question.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.
