Renewal Fees. Each time Customer renews annual Maintenance Services as set forth in Section 9(A) below, Customer shall pay RSA’s then-applicable support fees, as quoted by an authorized RSA representative, distributor, or reseller, in advance for the upcoming year, net 30 days from the date of invoice.

Renewal Fees. Two (2) payments of annual renewal fees are required for continued participation in NC-XXXX. One fee is paid to the state portal agent (ACHE-ASPA), while the other fee is paid directly to NC- XXXX. Fees are to be submitted with the renewal application packet along with all appropriate and/or updated documentation. NC-XXXX and State Annual Fees are based upon Institutional Full Time Enrollment (FTE) which is determined by established IPEDS records.

If during the course of a perpetual license You terminate or fail to renew the Support Services, You may at any time during the term of this Agreement request that Tenable reinstate the Support Services provided that You pay a one-time reinstatement fee equal to the total fees You would have paid for the Support Services between the time You terminated or failed to renew such Support Services and the then-current date.
