Payment to Union. All sums so deducted shall be remitted to the Union Treasurer together with a list of the names of employees from whose pay deductions were made.

Payment to Union. A check in the total amount of Union deductions withheld shall be sent to the Union within thirty (30) days from the date of making said deductions.

  • Payment to Consultant Upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice and confirmation that the Required Services detailed in the invoice have been satisfactorily performed, City shall pay Consultant for the invoice amount within thirty (30) days. Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A and section 2.4, below. In the mediation, Owner and Renter shall each be represented by an individual authorized to make binding commitments on their respective behalves and may be represented by counsel. In addition, Owner and Renter may, with permission of the mediator, bring such additional persons as are needed to respond to questions, contribute information and participate in the negotiations. The fees and expenses of the mediator and/or mediation organization shall be shared equally by Owner and Renter. The mediator shall be disqualified as a witness, consultant, expert or counsel for any party with respect to the dispute and any related matters.

  • PAYMENT TO SUB-CONTRACTORS 12.1 Transnet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make payment directly to the sub-contractor of the Supplier/Service Provider, subject to the following conditions:

  • Payment to Subcontractors (If applicable) As required by Minnesota Statute § 16A.1245, the prime Contractor must pay all subContractors, less any retainage, within 10 calendar days of the prime Contractor’s receipt of payment from the State for undisputed services provided by the subContractor(s) and must pay interest at the rate of one and one-half percent per month or any part of a month to the subContractor(s) on any undisputed amount not paid on time to the subContractor(s).
