CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING. All canceled sessions must be made up, regardless of why the session was cancelled or who initiated the cancellation. In other words, sessions may not be cancelled without rescheduling. If, for unavoidable reasons, an Activist is unable to meet his/her tutoring commitment at the specified time, he or she must immediately notify an EJ staff member and the EJ Achiever. In conjunction, the EJ Activist must immediately arrange for the session to be made up, preferably in advance of the specified time or as soon as possible thereafter. All such arrangements must be approved by an EJ staff member in writing (e.g., via email or text message) before the rescheduled session may occur. EJ Activists who cancel sessions on multiple occasions, especially without providing advance notice, may have their membership in EJ Activists revoked.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING. We require at least 2 business days notice for the cancellation and/or rescheduling of any scheduled appointment. In the event of cancellation/rescheduling with less than 2 business days notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. We are very strict on our cancellation/rescheduling policy, please honor it. Tardy: Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts etc. If we happen to be running late to your appointment you will be contacted as soon as possible and provided with a new expected time of arrival.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING. In the event a Patient cancels an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment with Client, no Fees shall accrue to the Patient.   • Rescheduling (a) A Maintenance Outage and the associated Capacity Credit Period may be rescheduled if Seller’s request to reschedule is received by Buyer no later than 5:00 p.m. PPT on the day before the Maintenance Outage was previously scheduled to begin.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION Users of this contract are advised that orders (all or part) cancelled or returned after acceptance of requested merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice amount (not to exceed $500.00 per order) plus return freight charges.
