No Fees. Other than fees payable to the Holder, there are no claims for brokerage commissions, finders fees or similar compensation in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Transaction Document based on any arrangement or agreement binding upon the Grantor; and the Grantor shall pay, and hold the Holder harmless against, any Liability, loss or expense (including, without limitation, legal fees and out of pocket expenses) arising in connection with any such claim.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.
