Calendar and Programming Committee. A Calendar and Programming Committee shall be formed to determine, pursuant to the requirements of Article 8, the work calendar for the following school year. The Calendar and Programming Committee shall meet no later than March 1st and shall provide a recommended Calendar to the Principal no later than April 1st. The Principal may make recommendations to the committee and the committee shall provide a recommended calendar to all Employees no later than May 1st. The Calendar and Programming Committee is also authorized to recommend changes to the daily schedule, including the assignment of Employeespreparation periods. In the event the Calendar Committee recommends a reconfiguration of the annual calendar or work day, such recommended changes must be ratified by a majority of Bargaining Unit Members and approved by the Board. In determining the annual calendar, the Calendar Committee will consider making time available to teachers to observe the educational practices of their colleagues or other skilled practitioners. The School considers this practice to be part of a broader teacher professional development program and will seek opportunities for teachers to do so.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee As of the Effective Date, the Parties have established a joint commercialization committee (the “Joint Commercialization Committee” or the “JCC”), composed of up to [ * ] representatives of each Party, to monitor and discuss the Commercialization of Products at the operational level. Each JCC representative shall have knowledge and expertise in the commercialization of products similar to Products. The JCC shall in particular:
