C ontractor’s Application for Payment. As soon as practicable, but in no event later than seven (7) days after receipt of the preliminary pay worksheet, A/E and ODR will meet with Contractor to review the preliminary pay worksheet and to observe the condition of the Work. Based on this review, ODR and A/E may require modifications to the preliminary pay worksheet prior to the submittal of an Application for Payment, and will promptly notify Contractor of revisions necessary for approval. As soon as practicable, Contractor shall submit its Application for Payment on the appropriate and completed form, reflecting the required modifications to the Schedule of Values required by A/E and/or ODR. Attach all additional documentation required by ODR and/or A/E, as well as an affidavit affirming that all payrolls, bills for labor, materials, equipment, subcontracted work and other indebtedness connected with Contractor’s Application for Payment are paid or will be paid within the time specified in Tex. Gov’t Code, Chapter 2251. No Application for Payment is complete unless it fully reflects all required modifications, and attaches all required documentation including Contractor’s affidavit.

  • Application for Payment The form acceptable to Owner that is to be used by the Contractor during the course of the Work in requesting payment from the Owner and that is to be accompanied by such supporting documentation as is required by the Contract Documents.

  • Applications for Payment 9.3.1 At least ten days before the date for each progress payment established in the State- Contractor Agreement, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect an itemized Application for Payment, notarized if required, supported by such data substantiating the Contractor's right to payment as the State or the Architect may require. The application for payment must, at a minimum, reflect retainage and the required waivers of lien and any other support documentation enumerated elsewhere in the Contract Documents.

  • Request for Payment A. Not more than once every thirty days the Consultant shall file its request for payment, accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the City justifying the request for payment, including a report of Work accomplished and tasks completed, and an itemization of Eligible Expenses with copies of receipts and invoices.

  • Time for Payment Interconnection Customer must provide the additional Security, in a form and with terms as required by Section 212.4, within 15 days after its receipt of Transmission Provider’s notice under this section.   • REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT Payments shall be made in accordance with Article I.4 of the Special Conditions.

  • Selection of Architect/Construction Drawings Tenant shall retain the architect/space planner (the “Architect”) approved by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, to prepare the Construction Drawings. Tenant shall retain the engineering consultants designated by Landlord (the “Engineers”) to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings relating to the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifesafety, and sprinkler work in the Premises. The plans and drawings to be prepared by Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be known collectively as the “Construction Drawings.” All Construction Drawings shall comply with the drawing format and specifications reasonably determined by Landlord, and shall be subject to Landlord’s approval. Tenant and Architect shall verify, in the field, the dimensions and conditions as shown on the relevant portions of the base building plans, and Tenant and Architect shall be solely responsible for the same, and Landlord shall have no responsibility in connection therewith. Landlord’s review of the Construction Drawings as set forth in this Section 3, shall be for its sole purpose and shall not imply Landlord’s review of the same, or obligate Landlord to review the same, for quality, design, Code compliance or other like matters. Accordingly, notwithstanding that any Construction Drawings are reviewed by Landlord or its space planner, architect, engineers and consultants, and notwithstanding any advice or assistance which may be rendered to Tenant by Landlord or Landlord’s space planner, architect, engineers, and consultants, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith and shall not be responsible for any omissions or errors contained in the Construction Drawings.

  • PREREQUISITES FOR PAYMENT The following applicable requirements shall be fulfilled in order to establish an employee's eligibility for sick leave benefits.

  • Due date for payment The settlement date for each Tax Invoice issued by the Distributor must be the 20th day of the month in which the Tax Invoice is received, or if the 20th day of the month is not a Working Day, the first Working Day after the 20th day. However, if the Distributor fails to send a Tax Invoice to the Trader within 10 Working Days after the last day of the month to which the Tax Invoice relates, the due date for payment is extended by 1 Working Day for each Working Day that the Tax Invoice is late.

  • Release for Payment Upon receipt by the Collateral Custodian of the Servicer’s request for release of documents and receipt in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit M (which certification shall include a statement to the effect that all amounts received in connection with such payment or repurchase have been credited to the Collection Account as provided in this Agreement), the Collateral Custodian shall promptly release the related Required Loan Documents to the Servicer.

  • Application Form The applicant can secure application forms from the principal's office or from the Personnel office. The application shall be filed with the appropriate administrator.
